About the place
Rusalca has been baking for more than 25 years and keeps the classics of Romanian patisseries in its display: savarina (rum baba with cream), coffee-and-cream eclairs, chocolate indiana, plus newer cakes, pastries and gateaux to order. Guests praise the ingredients and the old-style recipes.
The patisserie has a small terrace away from street noise, a few steps from the Hunter Prince Castle and Piața Republicii. The same company runs Restaurant Rusalca on Piața Republicii, with Romanian cooking.
