Tsuchiya Naofumi came to Cluj in 2003 and opened the restaurant on a quiet street between the university clinics and the Botanical Garden. The menu has sushi and sashimi, ramen, tempura, teriyaki and a lunch menu; dishes are made to order. The restaurant says one of its cooks won a prize at the 2014 World Sushi Cup.
